Lindsay serves as co-president of WE, alongside Greg Wasson. Lindsay sets the strategic direction of the company, ensures all initiatives and activities are in alignment with company goals, mission, vision and core values. She focuses on the longevity and long-term positive impact WE makes in the world, supporting and uplifting our mission of doing more good.

Lindsay has direct oversight of partner explorations and investment opportunities, ensuring both align with WE’s long term goals and vision. It’s Lindsay’s passion to find partners and investments that closely align with WE’s values, and that are something WE can truly add value to. A big picture thinker, Lindsay understands the importance of building a future – starting today.

Lindsay has added immeasurable value to many of our partners, using her diverse marketing experience, keen gut instincts and decision-driven approach. She has led the marketing operations for iA, a pharmacy fulfillment technology company, PureCycle Technologies, a revolutionary plastic waste recycling company, and supported marketing initiatives for AeroFlexx, an innovative packaging company. Additionally, Lindsay created the WE brand taking it from concept to where we are today, and created the suite of marketing services WE provides as support to our partners.

Prior to WE, Lindsay worked at Kao USA supporting the company’s family of brands in sales and marketing, and she started her own handbag line, Holly & Tanager. Lindsay holds an MBA from Xavier University and a BA in Public Relations from Purdue University.
